Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase of Bhagavadgita Shlokas. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund of the one-time ₹500 payment within 7 days of the payment date if the service does not work for you.
2. How to request a refund
Email bhagvadgita26@outlook.com from the address you used at checkout, with your payment reference or payment ID. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 2–5 business days to show the credit.
4. Cancellations
The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be billed again. If a payment was made in error or charged twice, write to us and we will refund it in full.
5. Failed or pending payments
If money was debited but access was not granted, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact us with the payment reference and we will follow it up with the gateway.
