Delivery Policy
Bhagavadgita Shlokas is a fully digital service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped or couriered.
1. How access is delivered
Access is delivered online, immediately after a successful payment. You are returned to the website where the full folio — all 701 shlokas, translations, practice and offline tools — is unlocked on your device.
2. Confirmation
A payment confirmation is shown on screen, and you may optionally request an email receipt from the confirmation page.
3. If access does not appear
Rarely, a payment can take a few minutes to confirm. If access is still not available after 30 minutes, email us with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 2 business days or refund you.
4. Service area
Delivery is online and available worldwide wherever the internet is accessible.
