A hill shrine above Rishikesh at 1,330 m, thronged during Śrāvaṇa by kāvaḍ pilgrims carrying Ganga water.

Located at the confluence of the Pankaja and Madhumati; the site is named for Śiva's blue throat after he swallowed the halāhala.
