⭐ Why it is famous
A Jyotirliṅga hidden in the Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, source of the Bhīmā river and home of the Indian giant squirrel.
📜 Pilgrimage history
Nāgara-style temple largely of the 18th century, with earlier medieval work; the sabhāmaṇḍapa was funded by Nana Phadnavis.
