⭐ Why it is famous
This is a genuinely dedicated Navagraha temple built specifically around Śani worship, with the other eight grahas installed around the sanctum in the classical Vedic layout. It is the anchor Saturn stop for this trail and is visited heavily on Saturdays for Śani dosha remedies.
📜 Pilgrimage history
Built in recent decades on Vedic Navagraha temple principles rather than being an ancient sthala purāṇa site, it was consecrated with all nine planetary deities and has grown into one of central Kerala's most visited planetary-worship temples.
